Fuel pressure sensing spans three very different jobs: tank delivery pressure at a few hundred millibar, low-pressure loop monitoring at a few bar, and common-rail pressure at 2 500 bar, where the sensor is a machined pressure port with a thin-film element.
We supply all three families, matched to the OE range and connector, with diaphragms rated for prolonged contact with diesel, petrol and ethanol blends.
Common-rail units ship with their calibration record — the ECU uses this signal to command injection quantity, and an out-of-tolerance sensor shows up as hard starting and smoke.
