Quality & Certifications
IATF 16949 certification defines how our sensors are made. Below is what that actually changes for a part that reaches your customer.
IATF 16949 certified manufacturing
Automotive-quality process control applied to sensor manufacturing: controlled calibration, defined incoming inspection, and documented rework rather than ad-hoc fixes.
Per-unit calibration with records
Every pressure, NOx and oxygen sensor is measured at the bench. The measured deviation is stored against the serial number and travels with the shipment.
Lot traceability
Each production lot is traceable to its element batch, solder and harness lot — so a field failure can be isolated to a single batch, not to your whole stock.
Defined rework procedure
Rework is documented, approved and re-tested. A repaired part carries the same acceptance criteria as a new one.
Incoming material control
Elements, connectors, seals and housing material are inspected on receipt against a defined specification.
Environmental and life testing
Temperature cycling, humidity, vibration and pressure cycling on defined samples per batch.
IATF 16949 Certified Manufacturing
Temperature cycling
−40 °C to +125 °C, per defined cycle count
Vibration & shock
Per ISO 16750-3 mechanical profile
Humidity & salt
Condensation and salt-mist exposure
Pressure cycling
Rapid and slow pressure transients
Thermal shock
Sudden step changes on probe body
Life & durability
Repeated switching / heating cycles to end-of-life
