Hall-effect and passive wheel speed sensors for ABS, ESP/ESC and traction control, built as direct OE replacements with matched tooth-count response.
Every function the stability control module makes — braking balance, steering intervention, wheel-slip threshold — is derived from the wheel speed sensors. A degraded signal does not just light a warning lamp: it degrades the vehicle's entire dynamic stability envelope. Our sensors are therefore calibrated against the specific tooth-count and gap specification of your target vehicle, not against a generic curve.
We supply the active Hall-effect variants used on virtually all vehicles built from the late 1990s onwards, together with the passive magnetoresistive units still fitted on certain platforms. Both are tested for output amplitude, phase and noise floor on a rotating rig at wheel-end speed.
Connector type, cable length, grommet and clamp are matched to the OE fitment. Send the OE number and we will return the SHR part with its measured output at 60 km/h before you place an order.
