Tank-mounted level sensors for AdBlue/DEF tanks — capacitive and resistor-based designs, matched to OE ECU expectations.
The DEF tank is what keeps the SCR system legal to run, and the level sensor is what the driver sees. Our sensors monitor tank level against an OE-defined voltage or resistance map, so the dash instrument and ECU warnings behave as the manufacturer intended.
We offer capacitive probes for larger tanks and sealed resistor assemblies for small integral tanks, both with an integrated anti-flooding switch. Housing and hose are engineered for AdBlue chemistry — urea is corrosive to ordinary nylon and brass.
