Cooling-system expansion tanks that retain coolant as it heats and expands, with integrated level sensing for dashboard indication.
An expansion tank absorbs coolant as the engine heats and returns it when the system cools, keeping pressure in range and the system filled. We build tanks with an integrated level sensor so the driver sees coolant level without opening the bonnet, and the fitting threads match the OE specification on your target vehicle.
Materials are selected for coolant chemistry and pressure cycling: polypropylene body, PTFE-sealed cap, and hose and hose barb rated for continuous coolant service.
